Abstract

Adaptation demands not only technological advancements, but also changes in communication, leadership, and organizational values that affect the relationship between management and employees. Resistance arises when communication is not transparent, expectations are unclear, and employees are not involved in decisions, creating uncertainty and decreasing motivation. This study analyzes the role of feedback culture as a managerial, social, and psychological mechanism in reducing resistance to change. Based on the 2023–2024 literature review, this in the era of digital transformation, employee resistance is the main obstacle to successful organizational change. study highlights the relationship between feedback culture, transformational leadership, organizational culture, employee engagement, and digital work systems. Results show a strong feedback culture is able to reduce resistance through improved two-way communication, role clarity, trust, and adaptability through transformational leadership and digital technology
