This study assesses the extent to which digital literacy and perceived ease of operation influence the decision to utilise QRIS. The observational focus is directed towards Halal-certified Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) within the Medan Area District. A quantitative methodology was selected as the analytical foundation, utilising the SPSS version 25 data processing application. The research variables comprise two independent variables: digital literacy (X1) and ease of use (X2). These factors are correlated with the dependent variable, specifically the decision to adopt QRIS. Primary data collection was conducted via a questionnaire distributed to 60 selected respondents representing business owners in the locale. To ensure the accuracy of the results, statistical procedures were employed, encompassing validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests, followed by multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of the hypothesis verification indicated a significance value of 0.001, which is demonstrably lower than the 0.05 threshold. Furthermore, the calculated F-value of 7.900 exceeds the F-table threshold of 3.16. These statistical data confirm that digital literacy and ease of use simultaneously exert a positive and significant impact on the decision to adopt QRIS amongst Halal MSME practitioners in the Medan Area District
