Informal learning is a form of learning that takes place outside the realm of formal education and structured training. This process is flexible, spontaneous, contextual, and often escapes measurement through conventional evaluation systems. Activities in informal learning can include social interaction, non-formal guidance, work experience, personal reflection, and involvement in online learning communities. All of these activities play an important role in improving individual competence, creativity, critical thinking skills, social skills, and adaptive capacity, which are highly relevant in today's modern era. Despite its significant contribution, the impact of informal learning is often referred to as “invisible” because it is difficult to measure with formal tools such as exams, certifications, or standard performance evaluations. This study uses a literature review approach to identify, analyze, and synthesize various models and methods of measuring informal learning, with reference to Scopus-indexed international journals and national publications developed by Isa Anshori and his colleagues. The results of the review show that various approaches have been applied to assess the influence of informal learning, such as surveys, self-reflection scales, in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and even work performance indicators and actual project results. However, challenges still arise regarding the consistency of indicators, the ability to capture reflective changes, and relevance to diverse contexts
